Privacy Policy and Cookies

1. Introduction
This privacy policy is intended to inform users of the akinterra.com website about how their personal data is collected, used and protected, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. AKINTERRA attaches particular importance to the protection of privacy.

3. Data Collected
The website may collect:
  • the data you submit via the contact form: name, email address, subject of your enquiry and message content;
  • navigation data (pages viewed, device, technical data) through the audience-measurement tools described in Article 8.
No sensitive data is collected through the website.

4. Purposes of Processing
The data is used solely to: respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form; correspond in connection with professional enquiries; follow up on such correspondence; and measure website traffic in order to improve its content. The data is not used for any commercial or advertising purpose.

5. Legal Bases
  • Contact form: AKINTERRA’s legitimate interest in handling the enquiries received and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics): your consent, obtained beforehand via the cookie-management banner and withdrawable at any time.
6. Retention Period
The data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to requests addressed to AKINTERRA. It is sent to AKINTERRA’s contact email address and may also generate a notification via Telegram in order to facilitate the follow-up of requests.

Data submitted through the form may be temporarily stored in the Tilda interface for a maximum period of 30 days, in order to prevent the accidental loss of a request and to ensure its follow-up. This period may be reduced at a later stage. Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to process the request and manage the related relationship.

7. Recipients and Processors
The data is intended exclusively for AKINTERRA. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Certain technical providers act as processors: Tilda (website hosting) and Google (audience measurement via Google Analytics, subject to your consent).

8. Cookies and Audience Measurement
  • Strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the website: set without consent.
  • Tilda internal statistics: configured in simplified mode, they operate without cookies and do not allow you to be identified.
  • Google Analytics: this analytics tool sets cookies and is only activated after your consent has been collected through the dedicated banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time and configure your browser to manage or refuse cookies.
  • You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the following link: Change my cookie preferences.

9. Transfers Outside the European Union
Hosting (Tilda) and audience measurement (Google) may involve a transfer of data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for under the GDPR, in particular the EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
